Terms and Conditions
By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Notice Period
To ensure quality and availability, we require:
• A minimum of 3 working days’ notice (Monday–Friday) for cookie orders
• A minimum of 4 working days’ notice (Monday–Friday) for cupcake orders
Working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.
Larger or themed orders may require additional notice.
Orders placed without sufficient notice may be declined.
2. Payment Policy
Full payment is required to secure all orders.
Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.
3. Cancellation Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products:
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before collection or delivery may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of collection or delivery are non-refundable.
If you need to amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Amendments are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
4. Refund Policy
As our products are freshly made to order, we do not offer refunds once an order has been collected or delivered.
If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of collection or delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.
Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect storage after collection/delivery
• Minor design variations where reasonable care has been taken
• Failure to read product descriptions or allergen information
5. Liability Disclaimer
All products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens including gluten, dairy and eggs.
While we do not intentionally use nuts in our recipes, some ingredients may be produced in facilities that handle nuts. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely nut-free.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies before placing an order.
Once products have been collected or delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not liable for:
• Damage caused during transport by the customer
• Incorrect storage
• Mishandling after collection/delivery
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
