Ordering and Notice Period

To ensure freshness and availability, we require:
• 3 working days (Monday–Friday) for cookie orders
• 4 working days (Monday–Friday) for cupcake orders
Larger or themed orders may require additional notice.
Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received.
Limited short-notice availability may occasionally be possible, but this is not guaranteed.
Delivery & Collection

We are based in South Ockendon, Essex.
Collection
Collection is available from South Ockendon. The full address will be provided once your order is confirmed.
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery across Essex and selected London areas.
Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and will be confirmed before payment.

Allergen information & Storage

All products are made in a kitchen that handles allergens.
Our cookies and cupcakes typically contain:
• Gluten (wheat)
• Dairy
• Eggs
We do not intentionally use nuts in our recipes, however:
• Some ingredients (such as chocolate and Biscoff products) may be produced in factories that handle nuts.
• Therefore, we cannot guarantee our products are nut-free.
If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.
Storage & Freshness
Our cookies are best enjoyed within 3 days. Store in an airtight container at room temperature. Can be frozen for up to 1 month.
Our cupcakes are best enjoyed within 2 days and should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Cookies
We currently do not offer full customisation of cookies.
However, we can offer:
• Mixed flavour boxes
• Message cards included in your order
• Occasion-themed packaging upon request
Cupcakes
For cupcake orders, we offer:
• Choice of buttercream colour (up to 2 colours)
• Simple sprinkles
• Optional toppers (e.g. Happy Birthday, name or number toppers)
